NEU! - NEU! '75 LP

Although there is a 'Neu! 4' (recorded during the 1980's), 'Neu! 75' is widely regarded as the point where diminishing returns hadn't quite set in, with Rother and Dinger reunited following their split (just after 'Neu 2!')... You keeping up? Anyhow, 'Neu! 75' sees the contrasting styles of the two proponents rubbing against each other with suitably abrasive results. Whilst Rother was establishing a blueprint for ambient/minimalist generations to come, Dinger was busy getting a rock snarl on and influencing a load of gobby twats in London, with 'Neu! 75' the bristling hinterland between. Extraordinary stuff.
