Tracing Back The Stream is the first Telekaster LP in a very long time. It is a fearlessly and deliberately personal one. It is a guitarist's album, who likes to move into other, freer spaces with his instrument. It is an ambient record that offers an angular perspective on the genre itself, both in sound design and composition, drawing influences from Post-Rock, Experimental and Kosmische Musik alike. Even though the tracks Purple and Sun have also been released as singles, the album was intended and sequenced to be listend to from start to finish.
